Here are a slew of edits dedicated to the recent demise of Da Playground.
The photo page has been updated with a grip of flicks from past and present. 10 Years of the Fleez.
Almost every Saturday & Sunday, I have the pleasure to skate with my good buddy Alex. He's 29, married, and works M-F pretty much 9-5, doing color correction on some big time productions here in Atlanta. He's pretty much your standard dude, except he is a COMPLETE skate rat. He even gets picture texts of skate spots from his wife Jill. How rad is that
Back in 2009, we released our first full length feature, "Dumpster Juice". Here is a clip with some of the behind the scenes madness that took place while making the video.
I just knew my boy was destined for greatness. Not in skateboarding but definitely somewhere else. Now, hes found a true passion for music and he's been working incredibly hard around the clock. Lloyd currently resides in Los Angeles, CA but is from VB and one of the original Virginia Fleezers. He's one of the most humble and intelligent dudes I know. And chances are if you have met him, you love him. He came down and stayed with me in Atlanta for a week, right before his venture out west. We skated a lot, and decided to put together a little music video with the footage and the track "Kissed Her On The Mouth" of his new mixtape, Crucial Style Vol. 1.
In an HD world, the Sony VX-1000 seems to be a dying breed. I personally love the camera and am sad to see it go, but lets face it, its old. Here is a clip I made with Mark Taylor from "Home Improvement" getting angles back in 99'. Also, check out the new flicks in the photos section.
Check out local Atlanta killers in the full length video "SEC III". Its simply much better than your local video.
The good homie Tobes. Today is his birthday and it also happens to be the biggest sports event of the year, the Super Bowl. Tobes could not be happier as he is your all-american, jock type dude. Here is a clip of him and Sned pissing the night away at the VB oceanfront. Happy Birthday bro bro!
Many of you know, or probably have met Stephen at one point. He kills it. At whatever he decides to do. He's a humble, passionate, fun-to-be-around guy that he carries so much energy. This past year, Stephen has gone through some major changes in his life for the better. Read the new interview and watch his full length video part that is sure to blow your mind.
In 2006 we were all first introduced to the dice game "cee-lo". I think it was also around that time a few of us acquired a gambling and/or drug problem. Anyway, Sned loved the game so much, he decided to coin himself Sned 456 and get it personalized on his license plate. Here he is doing an album cover shot on top of his first car ever.
